Independence Day 2011

Independence Day is a federal holiday in the US. In the United States, Independence Day, or more commonly known as 4th of July, is a federal holiday to commemorate the adoption of the Declaration of Independence on 4th July 1776, declaring independence from the Kingdom of Great Britain. Independence Day is commonly associated with barbecues, picnics, concerts, carnivals, parades, fireworks, family reunions, political speeches and ceremonies. there are also many other public and private events celebrating the history, government and traditions of the United States.
